3. Activation and Training of up to 15 users

Option 1 - MSC BlackBerry Managed Service

Managed Trial fees are waived by MSC - $0.

Option 2 - Do It Yourself

Continue the BlackBerry service with your own internal IT organisation. MSC will ensure a smooth transition by training and handling over BlackBerry management and support.

Managed Trial Fees Apply - $3,990.

Option 3 - Discontinue BlackBerry Service

If you decide not to proceed with the BlackBerry Service, the service is decommissioned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN MSC's BLACKBERRY MANAGED TRIAL OFFER

* Offer subject to change without notice. This offer has been issued by Mercury Development Group T/A Mercury Solutions Centre (MSC). The MSC Managed Trial will be limited to thirty (30) days. The offer is limited to 10-15 trial participants. Initial deployment of BlackBerrys must be 100 devices. The MSC BlackBerry Managed Trial is valued at $3990 (excl GST) when the service is implemented after the thirty (30) day trial as a BlackBerry Managed Service, MSC will waive the $3990 fee. If the 30 Day BlackBerry Managed Trial is discontinued with MSC and the organisation will continue to manage their BlackBerry environment internally, the cost of the trial will be payable to MSC ($3990 excl GST). Training will be available to the trial participants – up to 10-15 people. This offer is valid until 30th June 2008. Offer only available to Australian organisations. The MSC BlackBerry Managed Trial will be installed remotely and remotely managed over the 30 Day trial. This offer does not include devices or data carriage/plans, organisations must organise this with their carrier.
